It’s entirely in-house. I am an engineer by training and I wrote the protocols myself. How many theaters have you distributed content in so far?
We have reached 9,000 plus theaters across India. When a movie like Srikanth is released, we work with production houses like T-Series. They give us the rights to create the audio description as a service. Once it’s ready, any user in any theater can access it via our app.

Please help us understand how the customer pays and what are your sales?
We don’t charge the end-user; the app is free for the visually impaired community. We charge the production houses. For a complete package including audio description, closed captioning, and sign language, we charge approximately ₹4 Lakhs per movie. Last year, our revenue was ₹65 Lakhs.

Why are you demanding a valuation of ₹100 Crores for ₹65 Lakhs revenue?
Today, only 50-60 movies are being made accessible. However, with the new government guidelines, by March 2026, 25,000 plus pieces of content will need accessibility features. We are positioning ourselves for that massive influx of demand. We are currently “skimming” the market, but the volume is about to explode.

What is the difference between your narration and what’s available on OTT?
Actually, most content on OTT platforms in India does not have audio description. We even started Nova Flix, which is a standalone OTT platform that is 100% accessible. Our goal is to ensure that the 2 Lakhs+ pieces of content in the public domain eventually become accessible to the visually impaired community.

How many active users do you have?
We have over 50,000 plus downloads. In the last three months, we had roughly 18,000 active users using the app to experience movies in theaters and on other platforms.
